SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all 50 states in the U.S for Alaska , Hawaii and U.S territories please contact us to calculate shipping. All purchase will be same day process with an email confirmation .
If you want to ship out side the U.S just email us at info@laserproparts.com and will rate you a quote.
RETURN POLICY
All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of invoice date in unused, unregistered, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original manufacturers packaging. Any shortage claims should be made within 2 days of delivery by Emailing Our Order Desk. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 business days of receipt and inspection at our warehouse. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Cancellations on special orders prior to shipment are subject to 30% cancellation fee.
No returns are allowed on these items:
(1) Laser optics Mirrors & lenses.
(2) Hydraulic components.
(3) Special order items.
(4) hazardous materials including oils and solvents.
(5) Parts that have been installed or used.
(6) Custom software modifications.
(7) Electrical components including circuit boards.
